I want changes to happen now and this is going nowhere, Over the last 2 years or so this forum is virtually totally silent I can't believe it, I hope people are ok I understand we are busy in our lives but still there is absolutely no one active on it and posting on it I have to admit I'm not that active as I was anymore either but this makes a gaming community boring and unexciting and really simply just lacklustre, Is there anyways we can improve this I noticed this for a while now, Especially as a mod maker I would like feedback and comments about mods from mod makers we work very hard and don't get the credit we really deserve or not enough people helping out in the general english and international section or just chilling out in the offtopic section or anything people can come up with for activity. For example if a mod in progress is being made maybe you can comment "Great work" or How long did it take to make and put the mod in game if your curious, Or for people with problems with the game come with fixes and solutions please even if you experienced it before yourself that would help.

Also we are also lacking mod makers there is almost no one except mayself and TJ (THETJVIDCHANNEL) and couple of others maybe, Please give making mods a go as well, People over the years have been saying "please makes the tutorials" "please make the tutorials" and TJ should be getting thanks for it but doesn't for all the hard work of making it just for you people very few people have tried but not enough certainly not in public as far as I know, He deserves more thanks and recognition for all the hard work making tutorials, Making mods is very hard work so please be serious about making choices of making them or not otherwise TJ has really just wasted his time making these tutorials for you people after so many in past asking for them to be made and really I was looking forward to more people making mods because it, It is complete as its said he put. If anyone needs help making mods I will give you all the help where possible to help you succeed and TJ can help you as well if he wishes to and is able to. Also a lack of activity means it feels like a waste of time making mods since there is very few people I'm making mods for then at least in public that is if we get more activity in public at least it will give me motiviation to make more mods for you people and it will help me as well and possibly some other mod makers as well.

I understand the old generation people will move on and eventually leave and maybe visit once in a while but I see loads of new people there and all they ever do is post problems in a general english section mostly with very little activity with helping them and these new people posting there problems just leave after maybe couple of days a week if lucky and leave again and never come back again, Please nobody here is nasty we can all be friendly and social and even chat about some things on the right topic of course, There is no need to be afraid of being an active new member for anyone.

I encourage you please to join and be active we need a new generation of people using it now because eventually the old generation of people like myself and some others will eventually leave and move on and possibly visit once in a while, We are seriously lacking people having activity here now, Its sad really, I promise you will have a good time here and we can make it interesting for you, If all this can resume and happen again like it did in the past that would be great, I can't see it being this much of people in this current day because this forum is virtually dead and no one there using it like it used to be, Clearly it hasn't gained enough popularity certainly not as much as it used to be, I don't know if there is ways to get that popularity and activity and more people actively using it again if you wish, I want to know there is a positive future for CCD even if the old generation phases out.

It is very sad at the moment. I hope things change, but they are really out of our control.

I recall Kas trying to make the forum popular again, but it really didn't work.

A lot of the players purchase the game through Steam and would not even know this website exists, which means it is hard to attract new members.

I remember at its peak, this forum would have posts every day in pretty much every category. I had it bookmarked on my school computer so I could hop on during class instead of taking notes. Alas, times change. I think most of the users who were active at that time have moved on from the game entirely or just lost interest in keeping up the forum.

For me, learning to drive was part of the reason I stopped being as active. I used to play the game to relax, but now I can just take a drive in my actual car. I also don't have my racing wheel with me most of the time, so I have no way to enjoy the game to the extent that I would want to.

Maybe if I remember, I'll try to sign on more often and contribute. I still see the mods TJ and others make, and they look very good. I guess I chose a good day to check the forum given this topic was just created.

I know how we can get a popular community back with future generations, We need completely overhaul this game, I'm not talking about minor updates I'm talking about changing completely to make it more up to date, Improved graphics and physics and everything the newer versions of CCD are the worst ever now, And making support for mods older then 1.5.7 and somewhere after 1.5 would help, I don't know when we will see changes, I don't really understand how a global pandemic can stop updates in all honesty, You can easily work at home a lot people do that now with work, This will appeal to more people that way and see should see a more popular community again.

This is common for all online forums, time of forums is almost over. Most people have moved to FB, Discord and so on.
The game seems to be dead also, no new updates for years.
