Edit the appropriate file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\City Car Driving\data\config\rules (your directory may vary)

Note: I didn't see an entry for motorway speed. would that be under city or highway?

and side note: i use old versions for cars that aren't supported in newer versions. namely the stretch limo mods. also, to david, i have my issues with your software...but it's the ONLY software i've EVER paid for. why? because i love it. i can't see well enough to drive legally so this is what i do to pass the time, listen to audio books, listen to lectures on quantum physics, have phone calls, or just relax in my 700hp hypertuned 190td benz. my issues are that the map is OOOOOLD OMFG. i can drive the motorway blindfolded by now!!!!! heck, i'd love nothing more than a 3-4 lane endless randomly generated motorway. or maybe import maps from gta, watchdogs, nfs hot pursuit, etc. to reiterate, i LOVE the software. my parents lost their minds when i bought my oculus, g29, racing chair/stand etc...until they saw what i did with it. let it collect dust? yeah...only on the brake pedal...HAYYYO!!!!

thank you, again. but seriously, keep that little pirating bug in there. it was worth the 30$ to be able to drive for (and i kid you not) 13.5 hours straight. the radio feature is pretty awesome too. other than the map issue, i'd LOVE if i could have video play inside the cars somehow (that way i could watch my lectures as well) and possibly a more integrated gui for an XM radio-like simulation
