When I press the clutch pedal halfway, the speed does not decrease. It is 6kmh (I don't use the gas and brake pedal). When the clutch pedal is depressed completely, it will decrease.

So is there a way to:
- Reduce the speed limit to 6kmh above? (down 3 kmh for example.)
- Keep the clutch halfway to keep at low speed without having to press the brake?
