As usual you just have to extract the Data folder in the City car driving root folder

Intresting, this mod is for 1.5.9 right?

I tried to make Dutch plates while ago but it made my game crash.

Can you confirm this is for 1.5.9?

Plates look good, add some cool realistic detail to the game, I like that. Nice job!

Tested in 1.5.2, so I don't know if they work in 1.5.9, sorry.
