Estou interessado em adquirir o simulador na versão Português Brasil. Então, eu gostaria de saber se a janela e a voz do narrador são totalmente em português ou se não, o que não é em português?

Gostaria de saber também se o jogo possui código-fonte aberto ou se não é possível fazer modificações na programação do mesmo.

Tenho um pouco de urgência na resposta.

Hello,

The latest version has got the Portuguese localization, but it has not got a Portuguese narrator. Narrator is only in Russian version of the game.

No, it doesn't have an open source codes.

Não amigo, pois se trata de um projeto acadêmico e o computador atualmente utilizado pode mudar de projeto no meio do processo e poderá ser necessário colocar o simulador em outra máquina. Mas isto não significa que haverá mais de um computador com o simulador instalado.
