If it is just an update or edit you wont be accepted. Once you have made a proper car mod -that works- he will accept you onto the installer. After that your updates and edits can be used with the installer.

I meant when i do ready mods i would like to do it for the pkg format for example when i update mods from 1.2.5 to 1.5.1 also i am actually making a mod it's a Citroen C6 when i finish it i will ask but just how do make the ready mods pkg from rar or zip?

Open up an existing PKG. And take the modparameters.ini. Fill in the information to match your car.

Then create a 0 folder within a normal folder. Place the data and export folders for your mod in there.

Any extras (Up to 7) label the folder 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.

Example:

You can see I have some JPG's. They are used so I can click the '?' button on the extra and view the mod.
