I know most people that sell mods don't sell to "westerners" But does anyone know how I could get the mods from this page? vk.com/mods_by_denis154rus

I have messaged the people themselves and it's a no go.

If I were you, I'd look at the free mods posted on the City Car Driving Forum under 'all about mods'. Most of your choices are probably there, and they are all free.
