hey guys i really need on help installing mods when i but the car script in a note pad it says that access denied when i try to safe it or when i go to notepad ++ and try to safe it,it says that is open in another program but its not please help thank u for ur support WHAT SHOULD I DO !!!

Run Notepad++ as administrator. I had the exact same problem
The administrator has disabled public write access.

mods come in .pkg files now witch are used with mod installers if your using an older verison (like 1.2.5 or 1.2.2) then ether update or buy the game if you cracked it
