Adjust Logitech Gt steering wheel sensitivity? 01 Jan 2013 10:41 #6132

how do i adjust the steering wheel sensitivity for the logitech gt? the only time i see steering wheel sensitivity is when i choose "keyboard" as my controller in settings, but that's pointless. when i choose "joystick/steering" i don't see any options to adjust steering wheel sensitivity, only linearity and something else, i forgot. this is very annoying because when trying to hug a curve, even the slightest movement changes the car's direction alot. however, if i don't turn the wheel enough, my car won't turn and hug the curve! how can i adjust the sensitivity on the logitech gt? yes i have the logitech gt driver and profiler for those who want to tell me to use that, i'm already using that.

also why is the braking in this game so unrealistic? i barely press the game and it 's from like 70 mph to 0 almost immediately. you can't seem to slightly press the brake because even the slight brake stops the car alot.

Hi

In general tab there is a slider called "Steering Wheel Linearity" that is the sensitivity.

And there is also a "Brake Linearity".

To be technical, both yes and no. You can make the beginning of turning less sensitive, but that in turn makes the late part of turning the wheel more sensitive. Or vice versa.
